VCF Card Maker
Build a contact card with photo — download as a .vcf file anyone can import.
How it works
Fill in the contact details — only first name is required, everything else is optional. If you add a photo, it's center-cropped to a square and resized to 300×300 for a clean, compact file. The tool builds a standard vCard 3.0 (.vcf) file entirely in your browser. The file works with iPhone, Android, Outlook, Gmail, and any other app that imports contacts. Your data never touches a server.
When to use this
- Creating a digital business card to share via email, text, or QR code
- Building contact files for a team directory or event attendee list
- Setting up a new phone and importing contacts from a spreadsheet one at a time
- Sharing your contact info on a website as a downloadable .vcf link
Common mistakes
- Forgetting the country code on phone numbers — international contacts need +1, +44, etc. to dial correctly
- Using a huge photo — the tool resizes to 300×300, but starting with a multi-MB image still means a brief wait
- Leaving the name blank — a contact with no name imports as "(No Name)" on most devices
- Not testing the file — open it on your own phone first to verify everything imported correctly
